Larry Pinalto
Chief Operating / Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Pinalto oversees the accounting, financial reporting, financing and property management functions for the company. He is responsible for the planning, management, analysis and oversight of the Company's operations to ensure the solid, profitable business success of the Plaza Companies. He is also involved in contract review, construction cost and performance review, debt structuring, equity funding relationships, commercial lease analyses and budget coordination and oversight.

Prior to joining the Plaza Companies in 2005, Mr. Pinalto served as the Chief Financial Officer for Parker Properties, Sqribe Technologies and most recently, as the Vice President and Corporate Controller for Birtcher Properties. While at Birtcher, his responsibilities included the financial oversight of a national portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial real estate valued in excess of $500 million encompassing in excess of 4 million square feet. In addition, he held final responsibility for all SEC reporting and an investor services group that reported to over 29,000 limited partners.

Mr. Pinalto is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in California. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University and gained his audit and real estate experience while working with Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young's Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group.
