Ms. Chase serves as the Vice President of Senior Living for Plaza Companies. She has 26 years of senior living experience and was a member of the Plaza Companies in the late 1980s. She returned to the Company in 2007.

Prior to rejoining Plaza Companies, Ms. Chase served as Chief Operating Officer for Roskamp Arizona Management and Development for seven years. Her responsibilities included the overall corporate operating procedures, objectives and execution. During her 22 years with Roskamp, Ms. Chase also served as Executive Director for Grandview Terrace, La Loma Village and the Colonnade. Her responsibilities included the supervision of construction and operations for all independent living facilities (678 units) and private pay care centers with 275 beds.

Ms. Chase began her career as a Registered Nurse. Since then, she has taken on responsibilities for most types of senior living housing options, and is considered a significant industry leader in the State of Arizona. She received Arizona’s highest award recognizing an individual for outstanding contributions in the field of senior housing, demonstrating a history of commitment, leadership and involvement and advancement of services for older adults. She has been recognized as the 2002 Healthcare Management of the Year Nominee by the Arizona Business Journal, 2001 Athena Award Nominee, and a 2001 recipient of the Award of Honor from the Arizona Association of Homes and Housing for the Aging.

Ms. Chase holds licenses as a Registered Nurse, Michigan Administrator and an Arizona Skilled Nursing Administrator. She attended the Johns Hopkins/NIC Senior Housing Program and holds a Certificate from Arizona State University’s Del E. Webb School of Construction in Construction Management.
