Jonathan D. Stelzer

Director of Construction

Jon Stelzer brings over fifteen years of project management and construction experience to the Plaza Companies.

Mr. Stelzer is responsible for the construction of office, healthcare and senior living projects and is presently devoted to the construction of Classic Residence at Silverstone, a $231 million, 735,651 square foot luxury senior living community in north Scottsdale. He leads a team of project management professionals and support staff focused on delivering projects on time and on budget.

Prior to joining the Plaza Companies in 2007, Mr. Stelzer spent three years serving as Project & Development Manager for Roskamp Arizona Management & Development. Mr. Stelzer relocated to Arizona in 2001 and was Senior Project Manager for McShane Construction Corporation, opening up and running the Arizona office for this Chicago based company.
